Come on out and cheer on the Awana kids as they receive their rewards and spend their awana money they worked so hard to get! It starts at 3:30 and ends with a pizza party!

Christian camping is a powerful, exciting opportunity for children to be challenged in their walk with Christ and make new Christians friends but also quite expensive thus potentially making it out of reach for many families. We want to help all students who are serious about it to go! Thus we have created this scholarship wherein students going into grades 4-12 can earn up to $200.

It begins April 3rd and ends June 5th.

Students earn points by participating in the following:
- Sunday School - 10 points
- Morning Worship Service - 5 points
- Youth Group/Awana - 3 points
- Verse Memorization - 2 points

We will be joined by Calvary Bible from Engadine also. Additionally, there will be a combined choir from all three churches. If you are interested let Shirley know. Practice will begin on March 6th.

It will be at the Halfway Lake Resort. We wil arrive Friday evening and come home Sunday morning. More details to follow!

Last year we had over a dozen go to this church training/equipping conference. There are over 75 workshops to choose from, lots of vendors, and lots of fellowship with Christians from all around the state. He will be preaching for us from the book of 1 Peter on February 21, 28 and March 6th. His wife's name is Ruth. He was pastor at Bible Baptist in Ishpeming for over 30 years.

Both growth groups are combined this week. We will all meet at the church this Thursday at 6:30 pm for fellowship and games and fun. Join us!
