Our youth group starts October 8. It is for grades 6-12. It meets on Sunday nights at Steve and Alysha Lowry's home or another family's home.

Be sure to attend this very significant Q&A session concerning the proposed church government change to elder-led. This is an important time to ask questions about it, to express any concerns you might have, and to show your support. We will also decide if we want to move forward by means of a leadership transition team. See the elder-led study guide question #11 for more details. 

Immediately following the morning service! 

Evensong is all about the worship of God. The focus is on worship dedicated toward Christ through the truth of Scripture. It is a time to reflect on the grace and love of Christ and to redirect ourselves toward Him. Music is led by the Lakefield Praise Team.

We need all the workers we can to help us with lawn care for some families in our church. We meet at the church at 10am. Lunch will be provided.

Join us this Thursday night in Reed Hall at 6:30pm to do some brainstorming and praying about ways we can love our community with the love of Christ!

April 23rd we will have two special presentations concerning how we can be involved in our community. The first will come from Lisa Wallace on the 4-H International Exchange Program. The second will come from Jen Boyer on the need for foster parents.
